      described in "Event"

Orbit - WISE orbit number.  Orbit 1 is defined to be the orbit into which
	WISE was launched.  Half-orbits refer to either descending (NEP to SEP)
	or ascending (SEP to NEP) legs of the orbit.

Scan - Scan number refers to the segment of the WISE orbit during which
       image data were started to be acquired.  It is nominally twice the 
       orbit number at the time of data acquisition start.  Scans can
       span more than one orbit if they continue across the ecliptic poles.

Frm - Number of the first frame in the scan that was taken with condition 
      described in "Event".  Frame numbers are tied to time, and therefore 
      can be discontinuos within a scan.  A "missing" frame number does not 
      necessarily imply missing data within a scan.
