DESCRIPTION:

The OLDS file is written once per MFPRex bundle per iteration and contains statistics on both the frameto--ref and frame-to-frame overlap differences.   

NAMING CONVENTION: BIDxxxxx-OLDS-itnnn.tbl, where "BIDxxxxx" is the bundle ID & "nnn" the iteration number
