DESCRIPTION:

The QA Grade File contains the individual grades resulting from QA checks of the scan synchronization,
frame image quality, frame noise, astrometric soundness, photometricity, and sensitivity (depth). These
grading components are combined to form a final grade for each frame as well as an overall grade for the 
entire scan.

Values in this file are read by DBPREP for inclusion in the WISE Level 1b Frame Database.

Per-frame scoring:
qc = Quality of Completion. 
      Value is either 0.0 or 1.0.
qi = Quality of Image. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
qn = Quality of Noise. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
qa = Quality of Astrometry. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
qd = Quality of Photometric Depth. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
FQ = Frame Quality score.
      This is the minimum of the above grading components multiplied by ten.

Per-scan scoring:
qs1 = Quality of ScanSynch from 1x1 grid.
      Values are 0.0, 0.5, or 1.0.
qs5 = Quality of ScanSynch from 5x5 grid.
      Values are 0.0, 0.5, or 1.0. 
qp = Quality of Photometricity. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
SQ = Scan Quality score.
      This is the minimum of the qs and qp components multiplied by ten.
