NOTES:

- Below we list the ground calibrations for use in the very first runs of
  the WSDC pipelines. These will be updated under new directories as the
  mission proceeds, e.g:
  /wise/fops/cal/ifr_xxx/MMDDYY/
  /wise/fops/cal/psf_xxx/MMDDYY/ 
  where xxx = tst, ioc, ops for example.

- Products have **NOT** been oriented to match on-orbit frames! This includes
  re-indexing the 5x5 gridded PRFs and associated uncertainty maps, and
  transforming code-V distortion coefficients to the correct x/y system.
  It's OK to leave individual grid PRFs intact.

- The *skyoff* and *lowflat* products are "null" or fallback
  products. Former can be replaced by dynamic on-orbit product
  (if beneficial to do so) and latter will be derived on-orbit (in IOC).
