WISE Software Interface Specification; BMD_rex05; (WSDC D-I131) SIS Written by Howard McCallon, version 1.1, 05/26/2011 Interface Name: BMD (Bundle-level MFPRex Meta-Data file) Type of Interface: ASCII file in IPAC table format Read By: Exective ............................................ T. Conrow Quality Assurance ................................... D. Kirkpatrick/ H. Brandenburg Written By: PRex/MFPRex (Multi-Frame Position REconstruction) ... H.L. McCallon/ J.W. Fowler DESCRIPTION: The BMD file is written once per MFPRex bundle per iteration and contains a number of variables of interest regarding processing of the bundle for the given iteration. Formally BMD is an IPAC Table File, but it's unique in that functionally it's more like a table file on it's side with a single record per variable. Each variable is provided with a description as part of the entry. Typically a number of BMD files will later be combined to build table files which subset the BMD variables and provide one record per bundle iteration. NAMING CONVENTION: BIDxxxxx-BMD-itnnn.tbl, where "BIDxxxxx" is the bundle ID & "nnn" the iteration number EXAMPLE: \ MFPRex Meta-Data (BMD) file - WISE Multi-Frame Position Reconstruction Parameters \ Generated by MFPRex vsn 2.04 B10526 on 26-05-11 at 14:07:19 \ | name | band | hdrname | type | value | comment | | c | i | c | c | c | c | | | | | | | | | | | | | null | | MFPRex:BundleID 0 BUNDLEID c BID06067 Bundle ID (primary) MFPRex:Niter 0 NITER i 10 Iteration number MFPRex:alpha 0 ALPHA r 5.000000000000000E-01 Fraction of full correction step from prev iter applied MFPRex:MaxSrcFrm 0 MXSRCFRM i 2294 Max number of WISE sources in any frame MFPRex:nFrmsTot 0 NFRMSTOT i 180 Total number of frames (core+edge) in primary bundle MFPRex:nCoreFrms 0 NCOREFRM i 70 Number of core frames in primary bundle MFPRex:nOvrLapB 0 NOVRLAPB i 8 Number of distinct bundles associated with edge frames MFPRex:nBadFrmA 0 NBADFRMA i 0 Number of apriori "bad frames" tagged for recovery MFPRex:nBadFrmC 0 NBADFRMC i 0 Number of "bad frames" tagged for recovery in input CVEC MFPRex:nWISEvsRef 0 NWVRDIFS i 16572 Total number of WISE vs REf pos dif measurements used MFPRex:nWISEvWISE 0 NWVWDIFS i 284711 Total number of WISE vs WISE pos dif measurements used MFPRex:dSumChiSq 0 DSUMCHI2 r -9.870230230028392E+01 Change in Sum Chi-Sq from last iteration MFPRex:SumChiSq 0 SUMCHISQ r 1.636696407076997E+05 Sum of Chi-Squares (REf + OL) MFPRex:SumChiSqR 0 SUMCHI2R r 5.359813598568071E+04 Sum of Chi-Squares (REf only) MFPRex:SumChiSqOL 0 SUMCHI2O r 1.100715047220190E+05 Sum of Chi-Squares (OL only) MFPRex:nDifsTot 0 NDIFTOT i 301283 Total number of position difference pairs used MFPRex:RChiSqB 0 RCHISQB r 2.716211016016498E-01 Overall reduced chi-sq for primary bundle MFPRex:AVdRfs 0 AVDRFS r 2.923922879412857E+00 [mas] Average magnitude of full-step frame pos adjustment MFPRex:dAVdRfs 0 DAVDRFS r -5.780771205871424E-01 [mas] Change in Ave Mag of Full-Step Frame Pos Adjust MFPRex:AVdAfs 0 AVDAFS r 4.410838933085332E-02 [asec] Average magnitude of full-step frame angle adjust MFPRex:MXdRfs 0 MXDRFS r 6.223867084718597E+00 [mas] Maximum magnitude of full-step frame pos adjustment MFPRex:MXdAfs 0 MXDAFS r 5.665260184898365E-01 [asec] Maximum magnitude of full-step frame angle adjust MFPRex:AVdRcum 0 AVDRCUM r 4.824067536739042E+01 [mas] Average magnitude of cumulative frame pos adjustment MFPRex:AVdAcum 0 AVDACUM r 3.857857142857084E-03 [asec] Average magnitude of cumulative frame angle adjust MFPRex:MXdRcum 0 MXDRCUM r 1.612371507888303E+02 [mas] Maximum magnitude of cumulative frame pos adjustment MFPRex:MXdAcum 0 MXDACUM r 2.303230000000000E+01 [asec] Maximum magnitude of cumulative frame angle adjust MFPRex:nBadFrmT 0 NBADFRMT i 0 Total number of "bad frames" tagged for recovery MFPRex:nCVECmisng 0 NCVECMIS i 5 Number of secondary CVEC files missing MFPRex:TimeCPU 0 TIMECPU r 8.692678E+00 [secs] CPU time used MFPRex:TimeIO 0 TIMEIO r 1.899710E-01 [secs] IO time used MFPRex:MemUsed 0 MEMUSED i 1652 [kbyte] Memeory used
