DESCRIPTION:

The QA Scan Grade Table is the scan level complement to the QA Frame Grade Table.

The QA Scan Grade Table contains the individual grade factors for a scan. These factors result from 
QA checks of scan synchronization and photometric quality. They combine to form a final score for 
each scan.


QA SCAN GRADE TABLE:

This metadata table gives per-scan scores.

scanscore = Scan Quality score.
      This is the minimum of the qs* and qp grade factors multiplied by ten.
qs1 = Quality of ScanSynch from 1x1 grid.
      Values are 0.0, 0.5, or 1.0.
qs5 = Quality of ScanSynch from 5x5 grid.
      Values are 0.0, 0.5, or 1.0. 
qp = Quality of Photometricity. 
      Values are 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, ... 1.0.
