Description:

Version 3.2 of DBPREP (dated 11-20-2009)

The output spatial index list file contains a single column with the 'spt_ind' 
(spatial index) values for all sources included in the DBPREP run.  These 
values are long integers.  The IRSA database load utility will use this list 
to calculate the source table fragmentation scheme.

The table name follows the WISE/IRSA DB table naming convention and is 
determined by the input parameters 'out_dir' and 'out_base', the access type 
('i' for internal), data type ('s_psd'), data level ('1b' or '3o'), DB table 
version number, load ID number, output format ('sptind.txt'), and the 
scan/coadd ID string.  For example:
